5-10-2021 Upstream Carrier Issue/Calls not completing

As of approximately 9:30 AM CST, Teleflex began receiving reports of inbound calls not completing with callers receiving a carrier message stating the call cannot be completed or the number is not in service. We immediately began investigating the issue and found it to be an upstream CLEC issue and have opened tickets with our upstream providers who are investigating the issue now. This appears to be a much broader issue, affecting multiple networks and is not isolated to Teleflex or our upstream providers.

2:14 PM CST - Carrier stated a 30 mins ETR for all issues to be resolved.
3:08 PM CST - ALL TNs should be working properly as stated by carrier.
5/14 RFO Provided by carrier - The Inteliquent IT department (Upstream carrier) initiated an audit on targeted Inteliquent numbers in order to address an issue with CNAM dips. The script, which was lab tested and deployed previously on a smaller population of TNs, was intended to correct the issue. Unfortunately, the method used altered the proper routing for numerous other Inteliquent numbers instead of just the targeted numbers. The issue with the script was found and fixed.
