System Maintenance

TeleFlex will perform system maintenance to optimize host server architecture and routing performance on Sunday May 3rd 2020 from 4PM to 7PM Central Time.

No real-time communications services will be impacted by this maintenance. 

While we do not expect customer facing impacts during this maintenance, it is possible that some non-critical services may experience brief interruptions during this maintenance window. Such services include portal access and packet-level call monitoring. 

Any interruption impacting these non-critical services, should they occur will be limited and non-service impacting.
