All BGP sessions currently show stable and normal. Flapping isolated to carrier emergency maintenance. 

WWe will continue to monitor. At this time the issue has been resolved

We are currently investigating alerts indicating BGP route flopping impacting intermittent service accessibility. Technicians are dispatched and examining. We expect an update within 30 minutes.
