How to Use PingTest.net Web Utility

When a support representative requests for you to run a line quality test, this is the procedure that is used to gather the information.

Navigate to Pingtest.net

In your web browswer visit http://www.pingtest.net, or click on this link.

Begin Test

Click on "BEGIN TEST" toward the top of the page.

Monitor Progress

The testing modes will run in sequence once it locates the best server to process your request.

Copy Test Results Link

Put your cursor over the button labeled "DIRECT LINK". It will highlight the button and then say "COPY". Click the button once to copy a direct link to your results.

Paste Test Results Link

Go back to your ticket in the TeleFlex Support Portal, and right-click > paste the link into the comment are of the ticket. You can also paste this into an email directly to one of our support staff or at support@teleflexnetworks.com
